18!!!

YAY! I'm 18! I don't feel 18 at all. What is it supposed to feel like anyway? Oh well. Think I've gained a lot of weight over the few days, after consuming huge amounts of pizza (2 slices and half the garlic bread!!), 3 slices of cake, ice cream and a huge chinese dinner. But I'm not complaining, because people around me have suffered because of my birthday haha, arranging all the surprises and everything! The big bash began on Thur, and it's not ended yet! Thanks to everyone!!! I'm deeply appreciative. I know some of you were quite annoyed cos I kept noticing your surprises and in the end spoilt everything unintentionally but oh well! Hahah!!

Thur Night @ Huiyan's
The first celebrations began at Huiyan's! WHYT! comprising of Wankai The Suan Huiyan (and me of course) were the very, very first people to offer to celebrate with me! I'm very, very grateful for all of you, especially to Huiyan's Dad for giving us all a treat to pizza (HAWAIIAN HAWAIIAN!!!) and lending us his place to watch Lindsay Lohan's The Parent Trap (which was pretty funny by the way)! Almost died stuffing myself with the pizza, garlic bread and coke! Had an excellent time with WHYT!, and to be frank we didn't quite want to leave when the show ended.

Friday Morning @ school with WHYT!
My first gift (besides my old iPod from my dad and lovely purple watch from my mom) arrived on Friday from WHYT! Although it's only the "appetizer" (quote Huiyan), I thought it was a wonderful gesture. It's the "Karma Sootra- the Honyi guide", comprising of many notes from the past month from the rest of WHYT! Turns out they have been preparing for my gift for a month! Although they claim that the "real gift" which will arrive soon will be much better, I'm seriously contented with my Karma Sootra. Thank you WHYT! I really don't know what else to say besides a huge thank you and a hug of gratitude! And I do love every single one of you, Wankai, HY AND The Suan!!!

Fri Afternoon @ School With 05A12
This really came as quite a surprise in a way, because I wasn't quite expecting them to do anything for me. Although I've began to appreciate 05A12's very special nature and very special people, to be honest I'm still not THAT close to the rest of the class, though I'm trying to be now. Thank you 05A12 for that lovely blackforest cake, especicially Jianming who made me that lovely card and the rest of the class for signing it and singing me my birthday song, and especially, especially Minsi, my Entertainment-partner, who reminded me (for more than a month) when my birthday was coming. I guess it's cos hers is 4 days after mine haha! But she was definitely much more excited about it than I am! Thank you Minsi!

Fri Evening @ School with F5
This was DEFINITELY the highlight of my entire birthday! F5 actually came down to my school with a lovely chocolate cake to give me a surprise!! Ass koped Shitty's number sneakily from my phone, and arranged to give me a surprise by coming down and bursting in! Though I suspected the whole thing like a week ago and completely guessed it half an hour before they came, and even spoilt it when I saw them walking towards the welfare room with the cake and candles, I must say I was STILL truly surprised to see them!!!! F5 are so the best buddies, the sweetest group of friends I've ever and probably will ever had. I've said this a thousand times and I'll say it again, I love you all and thank y0u very very much for bothering and loving me too!!

Fri Night @ Huiyan's
Back to the old den by night with Wankai and Huiyan, because we were really bored and decided we'd relax by watching a film on Huiyan's annoyingly clear and documentary-like television. We watched this very lame video by Ewan McGregor (Moulin Rouge) who looks real hot in a suit and WITH his shirt and Renee Zellwegger (Bridget Jones) who's really skinny. The whole thing was a satire of 60s films, with very exaggerated moves and everything. Thoroughly enjoyed lying lazily on Huiyan's couch next to the two bums HAHA!

Sat Morning-Afternoon @ PS and Bugis with SACO
I don't think my birthday celebration would have been very complete without spending time with my favourite people in council! Saco members! Really touched that they came down to spend time with me and everything even though everyone's so darn tired and we've see each other only like what, 24/7. Even Sweetie Pie who's very busy with work and who had dramafest in school came down! Only Meat couldn't make it, unfortunately, because she had lessons and training. But it was fun! Ate my third cake with them, a delicious fruity one! I gave them a treat of ice cream at Swensen's, and proceeded to take Neos (we drew Meat's face) and then went to Bugis for shopping. Saco gave me a lovely, very large framed puzzle-photo thing of SACO, which I thought was very, very sweet of them. Thanks especially to Paul who's our birthday present I/C! I bought a Mr. Bean bear for myself too! Very grateful for Saco for the wonderful day!!

Saturday Night @ Thomson Plaza, Peach Garden with Parents
Not really the official celebration in a way, because we didn't go to my fav restaurat, but had a nice Chinese dinner with my parents at Peach Garden. My dad even ordered the more environmental stuff cos I don't want to eat Sharksfin, Bird's Nest or Abalone (I don't like them anyway), so we had a good dinner. Turns out the owner of the restaurant was celebrating her birthday too! She came over and cos she knew my dad she found out we shared the same birthday, so we started praising each other like how people born on the 4th Feb are pretty and intelligent. HAHA! And I don't actually really know her. She told me she ate 3 cakes too! HAHA! What a coincidence.

It's not technically the end of the celebrations yet, cos what is a birthday without a proper outing/dinner/lunch with my beloved F5? But this is it so far, and I'm really, really grateful to everyone especially WHYT! SACO and F5 who have really put in time and effort to accompany me, give me presents and everything.

And of course, thanks to the following people who have, thus far, congratulated me, in order of timing:
